PRICES

All prices stated are GST inclusive

 

PAYMENT

A $100 deposit will secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid in full prior to your event. If 

paying in cash, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of the event before the photo booth 

is assembled. If booked within seven (7) days of the event, non-refundable full payment must be 

received within 48 hours of booking.

 

If the hirer requests additional hours of service on the day of the event, an additional amount of 

$150 per hour will be charged. If additional hours are requested prior to the date of the event, this 

will be charged at $120 for each additional hour. Once the booking is confirmed and a $100 deposit 

paid, the Hirer is also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions

 

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations must be made via telephone by directly speaking with a member of the Open Air 

Photo Booth team.

 

Cancellations greater than 30 days from the event will include a full refund of the $100 deposit. 

Cancellations 30 days or less from the date of the event will result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit.

 

DELIVERY, SET UP & REMOVAL

Open Air Photo Booth will arrive to set up anywhere between 45 – 60 minutes before the agreed 

start time. In the event that Open Air Booth is not ready to commence at the agreed time due to our 

fault, we will still give you the agreed hire period by extending the finishing time of the hire. 

In the event that we have set up in time but the hire does not start at the agreed time due to over 

running of previous activities by the hirer or venue; the hire will still end as per the agreed time 

stated in the email confirmation.

 

Delivery, set up & removal is free of charge within 25 KM of the Sydney CBD area. Additional travel fees (outside Sydney CBD area) may apply. Open Air Photo Booth reserves the right to set the applicable delivery fee outside of the free delivery zone. Open Air Photo Booth also reserves the right to exclude delivery areas. In the event of promotional campaigns, Open Air Photo Booth may choose to exclude delivery areas which are included during non-promotional campaigns in order to justify costings. 

 

A temporary closure period may or may not be necessary for maintenance or replenishing of ink and 

paper.

 

Confirmation from venue for Open Air Photo Booth to be granted access to the venue is hirer’s 

responsibility. This also includes ensuring that there is access to enter the venue and enough space 

with a power socket in close proximity. It is the Hirer's responsibility to inform us of any circumstances 

that may make setting up take longer, these may include going upstairs, a long distance from 

unloading area to set-up area etc. If we are not aware of these and the set-up takes longer than 

usual your hire period may be used as part of the set-up period.

It is the Hirer's responsibility to ensure that all address details of the venue are correct. Open Air 

Photo Booth will not be held responsible for any delays resulting from incorrect or missing address.

 

PRIVACY

We may use photos taken at your event on our website or social media pages, for the purposes of 

promoting our Photo Booth. You may request at any time, that your photos are not to be used for 

this purpose.

 

DAMAGES

Any damage to the equipment, electronics, booth or props by guests will be paid for by the hiring 

client. To prevent damages, the booth attendant has the right to refuse service to any person or to 

stop the usage of the Booth at any time during the event if they feel that the Booth is being misused.

20% off  Sale

The offer is exclusively available to the original hirer of the offer and is not transferable. The 20% discount is applied against the marked price of the selected photo booth package by the hirer. This offer is only valid where a minimum deposit of $100 is paid before the end of the promotional month unless prior agreement is made between hirer and Open Air Photo Booth. This promotion entitles the hirer to request Open Air Photo Booth’s services on a selected date between 1  February 2020 and 31 December 2020 for the agreed promotional price. The promotion is only available to events within 25 kilometres of Sydney CBD area unless otherwise agreed in which additional fees may apply for delivery outside of this areas. This promotion does not apply to corporate events/packages or block out dates ie Melbourne Cup Day, NYE, Christmas, etc. There are strictly no extensions of the end date and it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they redeem the offer within the stated time. This offer may only be redeemed once and is not available in conjunction with any other offers. 

FLOWER WALL HIRE

  1. The hirer (“You”) have read and understood all questions and information regarding the use and hire of Open Air Photo Booth’s flower wall and equipment.

  2. Open Air Photo does not cater for outside events unless solid enclosed shelter for the booth is provided like an enclosed patio, enclosed marquee or garage. You shall notify us the extent to which the shelter is to be provided, in respects to the equipment being waterproof and protective of from wind, hail and all other elements.

  3. You acknowledge that you as the hirer have received adequate instruction on the correct use of the equipment by Open Air Photo Booth’s Flower Walls, which includes demonstration or verbal or written instructions.

  4. You agree to use the flower wall/s and equipment only for its intended purpose.

  5. You agree that you must ensure the event location/site are clear for the use of Open Air Photo Booth’s Flower Walls.

  6. You agree to the safe installation, placement, hire and pack up of the flower wall/s that are clear of obstructions at your specified location.

  7. You agree to pay the required bond ($100) and a $100 deposit as stated and if requested by Open Air Photo Booth.

  8. You will allow Open Air Photo Booth to assess any damages to the flower wall/s and equipment used after your event. If the flower wall/s or equipment are damaged in any way, you agree for Open Air Photo Booth to retain your bond plus any additional reasonable costs associated with repairs or replacement of flowers.

  9. You agree to pay the complete amount due to Open Air Photo Booth at least 7 days prior to your stated event date. Should you not pay the outstanding amount, Open Air Photo Booth is entitled to terminate the agreement and retain the deposit.

  10. Open Air Photo Booth may restrict or prohibit use of the flower wall/s during the period of hire, if they determine in their absolute discretion that the flower wall/s are being misused, used in a dangerous manner, used in a manner that may damage the flower wall/s or otherwise not used in accordance with Open Air Photo Booth’s instructions.

  11. You shall not remove or attempt to reposition the flower wall/s and/or equipment after the installation without consent from Open Air Photo Booth.

  12. You shall directly inform Open Air Photo Booth to any loss or damages suffered as a direct or indirect result of use of the flower wall/s or equipment.

  13. During the period of hire of the flower wall/s and/or equipment, you take full responsibility as the hirer, and it is your risk with other guests and invitees that use the flower walls.

  14. You agree that there may be a travel surcharge for your event if it is outside Sydney Metro area.

  15. Open Air Photo Booth will not be held responsible for circumstances that may prevent us from attending your event. This can include, but are not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic delays, breakdown of our vehicles, sickness or equipment failure. In the case that we cannot attend or fulfil your hire due to events beyond our control, we will contact you or the venue as soon as possible. In these instances our liability will be limited to refunding hire amount paid by you as the hirer.
